Directions

From the M5 Southbound:

Exit the M5 at Junction 31 joining the A30 towards Okehampton.

Leave the A30 at the A377 signposted Exeter. Take the 3rd exit off the slip road to join the A377 Alphington Road. Go through 3 sets of traffic lights passing Sainsbury's on your left.

At the next junction turn right (You will see Curry's opposite) on to the Marsh Barton Road, go through 1 set of traffic lights, under a railway bridge, then take the next on your right into Trusham Road then take 1st left into Bridford Road.

From A38 Northbound:

Leave the A38 before you join the M5 at the junction signposted A379 Exeter and Dawlish. At the first roundabout, take the 2nd exit which is the B3123 Bad Humbug Way.

Go through 1 set of traffic lights passing several car showrooms and at the next roundabout take the first exit left (Graham Builders Merchants on the left) into Alphinbrook Road.

At the next roundabout, turn right into Trusham Road, go straight across the next 2 roundabouts before taking the next right turn into Bridford Road.
